The impact an executive coach can create on you
All of us need to change, change with the changes around us and within us. Someone trying to stop change can turn oblivion in the whirlwind of change. And when change does occur, it happens at such speeds that sometimes we lose track of our own selves in the process.
A recent study shows that less than forty percent of middle to senior managers are adaptive towards change and accept change as it happens. The remaining sixty percent are the folks that oppose or resist change and hence is the need for an executive coach to help you and your organization cope up with change. When we tried to investigate why people at such high positions in a company resist change, we have realized that a majority of them get hung up with their own auras, their own attitudes, their belief of how a workplace should be etc, and because of that when changes hits them they become more defensive. This only can be removed by a professional executive coach who will help identify the areas of change that the person is resisting and help the person overcome his inhibitions towards those aspects.
Without any doubts, an executive coach is the
need of the hour for most organizations, small or big on the path towards
growth.
